2 cup green tea, frozen in ice cube trays
1 Tbsp. honey
Juice of 1 lime
1 ¼ cup coconut water
½ Lebanese cucumber (or ¼ English cucumber)
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 teaspoon aloe vera juice
1. Add green tea ice cubes, grapes, honey, mint, lime juice, coconut water, and cucumber to a glass pitcher.
2. Add chia seeds and aloe vera.
3. Stir and set aside for 10 minutes and allow to thicken.
4. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!
